Sports Card Store - Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened. to be eligible for a return.
Proof of purchase must be required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items:

Used or Opened products.
Personalized items or customized .
Purchased Items on clearance or final sale.
3. Return Process:

Contact our customer service team.
Provide your order number, any supporting details, and reason for return.
After reviewing your request, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
4. Shipping Costs:

Unless there was an error on our end (e.g., the wrong item was shipped, or the product was damaged), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
We advise getting shipment insurance and utilizing a trackable shipping service. Items lost in transit are not our responsibility.
5. Inspection and Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected successfully, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Your return will be reviewed and, if accepted, you will get a store credit or exchange within 7–10 business days.
